Weather Related Closings Policy
Orchard Hill’s weather related closings policy is partially in accordance with the local school district.
We will delay our opening time by 2 hours if the local school district that your childcare center resides in has a delayed opening or full day closing.
In the event that the district is open and then closes early; we ask that you arrive at the center to pick your child up before our regular scheduled closing time.
Polar Vortex & Extreme Low Temperatures:
The center will close for the entire day in the event that the local school district closes for the entire day due to extreme cold weather conditions.
Please remember that the $1 per minute late-fee applies even in poor weather,
so please allow for a longer commute to the center if the need should arise. Thank you.
